Transparency & Fairness in Our Processes

Ashvapath Play School is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education while maintaining transparency and fairness in all administrative and financial matters.

All requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing to the respective branch office where the admission was processed. The request should clearly mention the student’s name, admission number, and the reason for cancellation.

Refunds, if applicable and approved, will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

Franchise Fee Policy

The franchise fee paid to Ashvapath Play School is non-refundable once the franchise agreement has been signed. This fee covers training, operational support, brand usage, and other initial setup services provided to franchise partners.

Events Beyond Our Control

Ashvapath Play School shall not be held liable for refunds, compensations, or claims arising from events beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or force majeure events that impact normal operations.

Policy Amendments

Ashvapath Play School reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and franchise partners through official communication channels and updated on the official website.
